Baby corn is harvested young — typically 45 to 60 days after planting, when ears are just 5 to 10cm long and 8 to 16mm in diameter at the base — from Kenya's western and northern Rift Valley growing belt. It's hand-picked to hit that narrow maturity window, since a few days' delay changes the texture buyers expect.
Beyond fresh whole-corn export, baby corn is also a core ingredient in our pre-packed stir-fry mixes, giving buyers the option to source it as a standalone line or as part of a ready-to-eat vegetable program.
